Turnaround times and Refunds

Fast ShippingOur products are handmade and may take extra time for processing depending on availability of supplies. Our current turnaround time is 1-3 business days on most products. You have the option of choosing speed of delivery at check-out. Please be advised that while we will get them to the postal service quickly, usually within one day, we have no control over actual delivery times, as sometines shipping services are delayed. We strongly recommend selecting expedited delivery if you simply can't wait to get your hands on our awesome, next-generation products.

Refunds 

Masks - We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept returned products once package has been opened as we cannot guarantee cleanliness or rule out compromise of materials which would make it no longer suited for restock/resale. We do however accept returns of unopened packages. Email us at info@dnamasksandmore.com for the return label and refund.

Non-facemask products - We accept returns of unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Email us at info@dnamasksandmore.com to receive your return label. A full product refund will be issued once we have received your return. We do not refund the shipping fee. 

Satisfaction Guarantee - We will gladly replace damaged items or items that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at info@dnamasksandmore.com and we will take it from there.
